1. General

The term “MoinWorks” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website and other online offerings (collectively, the “Digital Platform”). “You” refers to the user or visitor of our Digital Platform. If you continue to browse and use the Digital Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Terms of Use”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, please do not use our Digital Platform.

MoinWorks may discontinue, interrupt and/or change the operation of the Digital Platform or access to the Digital Platform in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice.

4. Third-party content

The responsibility for linked third-party content on the Digital Platform lies with the creator/author of this content. We assume no liability for the completeness, timeliness and/or accuracy of third-party content. We have checked the third-party content with due diligence for illegal content. Subsequent changes are generally not taken into account. Insofar as we become aware of indications of illegal content, we will check the third-party content and remove it from the digital platform if necessary.

As a rule, any use requires the prior consent of the respective rights holder. Third-party websites may not link to the Digital Platform without the prior permission of MoinWorks.

If at any time any provision of the Terms of Use is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the laws of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity, or enforceability of any other provision of the Terms of Use nor the legality, validity or enforceability under the laws of any other jurisdiction shall in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Your use of the Digital Platform and any dispute arising from such use shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the German courts, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
